Access to Exhibit Area
- Only exhibitors properly badged may enter the exhibit halls two hours prior to the opening of exhibits and may remain in the hall one hour after the close of exhibits.
- Meetings in the exhibit halls with medical attendees and other non-exhibit attendees can only take place during official exhibit hours and they must be properly badged.

Other Information
Badges
- Exhibitor's representative names shall be sent to the Official Congress Organizer, after this you could pick up it at the Registration Module (Technological Exhibition Area).
- Two badges will be given for every inline booth of 3 x 2 mts. (6 mts2) without any charge. Additional badges could be acquired for $50 on-site.
- All badges must be obtained onsite starting on October 16, 2007 . It includes substitutions, changes, lost/found and new registrations. THERE WILL NOT BE MONEY REFUND . Badges on site will have a cost of $50 (each one).
- Exhibitor badges allow the entrance to the exhibition hall, posters presentation and general areas, but not to conference rooms.
- Courtesy badges are given to allow the entrance just to the exhibition area to people that really need it, such as representatives of VIP companies, consultants, booth designers, industry analysts, among others.
- Each exhibitor will receive additional badges depending on the size of the booth.
Special Requirements and Decoration
- It will be done by the Exhibitor and must be limited to the specific sizes of the stand. The exhibitor can not nail, hammer, paint, but he/she can stick and/or hang up decorative elements from the interior walls of the stand.
- If you require any modification of the stand, please coordinate with the Organizer.
- All exhibits must be confined to the space limits of their respective booth(s) as indicated on the floor plan. All equipment, products, or materials to be displayed or demonstrated must be placed within the exhibits space.
- The height limit for multi-level exhibits is 7.5 mts. Plans for multi-level exhibits must be provided to the Secretariat of the congress.
- The exhibitor could ask for complementary services such as furniture, audiovisual equipment, among others to the Official Congress Organizer. It shall be paid directly to the authorized suppliers.
Lighting
- Exhibitor lighting must be limited to the confines of the booth space.
- Lighting with special effects must be submitted to the approval of the Exhibit Manager. Approval will be granted on a case-by basis upon inspection onsite at the Al Azhar Conference Centre.
- The exhibitors are responsible for any lighting costs related to installation and dismantle even those lights which may later be denied approval due to infringing on Meeting aisles, or other areas outside the exhibitor's booth space.
