| July 15th, 2006. Early registration forms with the payment must be received from July 15th to October 15th 2006. Registrations received after this date will be returned to the sender, to register again as a regular registration. |

| October 16th, 2006. Regular registration forms with the payment must be received From October 16th 2006 to April 30th 2007. Registrations received after this date will be returned to sender, to register again as a late registration. |

| May 01st, 2007. Late registration forms with the payment must be received From May 01st to August 31st 2007. Registrations received after this date will be returned to sender, to register on site. |

Corrections to your registration can be made until June 30th, 2007. After this date, all congress tickets exchanges will take place on-site and will be charged the on-site fee.
To cancel your entire registration, a written request for refund must be received in the secretariat office by April 30th, 2007. No refunds will be issued after this date.

| All attendees will be required to present a photo ID when checking-in or registering for the meeting. Some accepted forms of identification are a driver's license, state ID, hospital ID, or passport. You will also be required to provide proof of your credentials. |

| All attendees who have registered in advance must stop at the Advance Registration "Check-In" counters to confirm attendance, receive a Final Program, a Proceedings Book, a badge and a badge holder. |

| Onsite Registration will be available in the Al-Azhar Conference Centre. Registration hours are as follows: |
- Tuesday, October 16th: 14:00 - 20:00
- Wednesday, October 17th: 07:00 - 18:00
- Thursday, October 18th: 07:00 - 16:30
- Friday, October 19th: 07:00 - 16:30

The bags of the congress including the final book and other material will be available at the same time at the Pick Up Portafolio station in the Main Room. |
