Poster boards will be provided for all poster presentations. Posters presentations will be shown according to the schedule published on May 2007.
In anticipation of questions, we recommend that the author(s) write their address, phone number and e-mail - if questions cannot be answered at the time of the presentation, we will provide a box, here you can place copies of your study or personal cards.
The poster presentation will be open the three days of the Congress, including the Inauguration night; therefore, it is recommendable for expositors to place their work the night before or at the lunch time if your presentation is in the afternoon.
For the congress registration, you can approach to the Registration Desk, which will attend on October 16th from 1.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., and pick up your instruction guide.
Following the registration, to coordinate your Poster presentation, you can approach to the Posters Desk, located at the Posters Area. Here you will find the personnel and materials you could need to set up your poster.
Please note the deadline for abstracts submission is April 30th, 2007.
